Some good news for those of you who like to play games on the go, Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor - Martyr's long-awaited offline mode has finally received a release date of May 23rd! The developers also emphasized that this doesn't mean the game's servers are closing down, just that you can choose to play offline if you wish.
Offline mode doesn't get access to the seasonal content, or any multiplayer modes, as you might expect, but you can play through the base game and its DLC without connecting to the internet.

The new Hierophant Class DLC is also still in the works for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr and will be available later this year. Players using this class can call in multiple acolytes to form a squad. You will have to use your faith and authority to inspire your acolytes to carry out the Emperor's will, manage them like a true leader, and teach the Imperium's truth to all the heretics in the Caligari sector. More details are going to be shared on this class in the next few weeks.

Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor - Martyr is available on Steam for $49.99. The game has full controller support and is rated as Playable on Steam Deck according to Valve's testing, due to sometimes requiring the onscreen keyboard to be invoked and some parts of the game may require adjustments to the control layout or use of the touchscreen.
Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor - Martyr currently requires an internet connection to play, but won't as of May 23rd, 2024.
