While this was a slightly slower week for new Steam Deck Verified/Playable games, there's no shortage of awesome experiences to check out! The upcoming Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake was Verified, while Crypt Custodian and REYNATIS got the Playable badge. I am also personally excited to see Caravan SandWitch get its green checkmark, since the game looks absolutely fantastic.

DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake (Verified)

DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake is a stunning reimagining of the beloved masterpiece and narrative beginning to The Erdrick Trilogy. The game can be pre-ordered for $59.99 ahead of its November 14th release and is rated Verified.

REYNATIS (Playable)

Fantasy meets reality in Shibuya, Tokyo, where magic is something to be feared. In this action RPG, a young wizard seeks freedom through strength, and an officer seeks to control magic and restore order. When their paths cross, a darkness that will transform the world descends.

The game can be wishlisted ahead of its September 27th release and is rated Playable due to small in-game text.

Coffee Caravan (Verified)

Fuel your coffee passion in Coffee Caravan! As a cafe manager, brew, experiment with delicious recipes, and build your dream coffee business on wheels. Serve customers, unlock new flavors, purchase appliances, and enjoy your procedurally generated road trip in this roguelite experience.

Elsie (Playable)

Elsie is a technicolour, hyperkinetic, rogue-like action-platformer filled with procedurally generated levels, an army of robots to blast through, and a wide scope of items & weaponry to make each run unique. Master countless magitek weapons and abilities in order to embrace the chaos.

The game is on a 20% off sale for $15.99 until September 24th and is rated Playable due to small in-game text and needing to configure resolution manually.

Crypt Custodian (Playable)

Crypt Custodian is a charming metroidvania about cleaning up the afterlife. Play as Pluto - a mischievous cat who has died, and is sentenced to be the afterworld's janitor... FOREVER! Hang out with other doomed ghosts, battle beasts, and explore a vastly expansive landscape.

The game is $19.99 and is rated Playable due to needing to configure display resolution manually.

Farewell North (Verified)

Restore color to the Scottish isles of Farewell North, an atmospheric journey where you play as a border collie on an adventure with your human. Explore land and sea, uncover hidden paths and free wildlife to bring color back to her world, while revealing an emotional story about saying farewell.
