Steam Deck Beta Client Update - 1/30/23

A small new beta update was pushed out for the Steam Deck client today. This one focuses on 4 different fixes, including an issue where the deadzone slider would get clipped:

• Fixed right-shift and nearby keys of onscreen keyboard sometimes not working
• Fixed "a" and "c" keys triggering an animation on the game details page
• Fixed controller guide button shortcut summary showing an incorrect icon
