Proton Experimental Update Fixes Red Dead Redemption 2 FPS Drops

A new Proton Experimental update was released earlier today that fixes up a couple of issues with some games and applications. FPS drops in Red Dead Redemption 2 when keys are pressed has been fixed, Korean input in Diablo 4 is working again, and the EA Desktop App setup should be configurable again. We also are able to now play Conqueror's Blade and the Hard Chip demo.
