If you were keeping an eye on the latest Steam Next Fest last month, then you may well have come across Luma Island, a co-op RPG that tasks players with building up from a caravan to a manor on a beautiful island with your friends, as it was the 11th most downloaded demo of the festival. Now, the developers are ready to announce that Luma Island will be launching onto Steam, with Steam Deck support, on November 20th, with a price of $19.99.

Luma Island might seem like one of the many farming sims around at first glance, but there's a range of professions that you can focus on, from some relaxing fishing to more mentally stimulating archaeology, maybe you want to create some jewels, or perhaps the farming life is the one you wanted all along, it's up to you to choose how you'll spend your time on Luma Island. Regardless of what profession you choose, you'll be able to progress in it and upgrade your tools with new materials.

As for Steam Deck support, we can also confirm that the game has full controller support and cloud saves, which are working perfectly with the portable device. They have directly mentioned that it will be playable and enjoyable on the Deck, so I can't see why this won't be a fantastic experience on the go.

Luma Island launches on November 20th on Steam! You can wishlist it now to be reminded of when it launches. There's also a demo available if you want to try it out before the launch! The developers have made specific mention that the game will run just fine on the Steam Deck, so you shouldn't have to worry about that.
