Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP Will Be Getting Steam Deck Support and Graphical Settings

When Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP was released, I was extremely excited to finally be able to play a game that I had missed out on all those years ago. The game is now released, and initially, I was a little bit saddened by the state. It was playable, if you made some sacrifices to resolution, but there was no graphical settings to turn down visuals, making it only playable at 30 FPS. But it seems this won't be the case much longer, and I couldn't be more excited!

In a new update, developer DRAGAMI GAMES gave us some information on the future of the game and what they will be working on. In it, they have noted multiple issues and requested features that they will be prioritizing, and smack in the middle of the list, we have Steam Deck support! Hopefully, this means the game will be optimized a bit more for the Deck, leading to better performance, better stability, and an all-around better experience.

We also have some great new requested features and fixes coming outside of support. We have fixed Steam Cloud saves, alternate controller button icons, the ability to swap text and voice language separately, and my favorite, graphics settings and optimization! This should mean we will finally be able to change the settings within the game's menu, which is a nice change from having to go into the correct .ini file to do it ourselves.

If you already own the game, or are on the fence, just hold on a bit longer! I am super happy to see that this has been noted by the team and they will be working on it, and I do have hope!
