INDIKA Gets Steam Deck Improvements in Newest Hotfix

11 Bit Studios has been on a roll this year, and of all the games they are releasing, INDIKA is towards the top of the ones I have been most looking forward to. The story of a nun on a journey of self-discovery with the devil is captivating, with wonderful twists and turns. I love the game so far and with its first hotfix, it will be getting a lot better on the Steam Deck.

In the hotfix, there are two improvements that help with the Steam Deck. They specifically mention improved performance on the Steam Deck, but they also added Shader Pre-Compilation to the game. This helps keep the game much more stable overall, and it could improve performance on top of that. From the hotfix's wording, it seems it does both!

Other than that, we have some minor fixes and improvements for INDIKA, but that's it. There is a DLSS fix for the Monastery level, but this is small compared to the rest of the fixes (and it doesn't apply to the Steam Deck). You can check out the hotfix announcement via their Steam Community Post.
