Endless Legend 2 is looking amazing in advance of its launch later this year, and Amplitude Studios has just revealed the Necrophage faction!

The Necrophages are as deadly as they sound: a growing hive of insectoid hybrids dedicated to the life and whims of their Queen. While they can only make a single city, they can make up for this by using tunnels across the world for lightning-quick strikes with their huge swarms of hungry foes.

This might be my favorite faction revealed so far: an aggressive, power-hungry force that cares little for appeasing rivals and cannibalizes all those weaker than it. I’ve always liked those kinds of armies in games where the plan is to throw endless sacks of meat at the enemy and overrun them through the weight of numbers.
