Deepest Chamber Increases Card Size for Steam Deck

Deepest Chamber: Resurrection looks like an intriguing title. It's a deckbuilding roguelike but has a sort of DnD or Wizardry look to it. It looks quite intriguing, and I can see myself getting into it. Plus, it's always awesome seeing how others will take the roguelike deckbuilding game and put their own spin on it. And it has gotten a bit easier to play on Steam Deck, thanks to a brand new update.

In patch 1.083, which was released a couple of days ago, we have a few improvement that really help playing on the Steam Deck. The card size has been increased when you are in the Card Upgrade menu, and the description size for the cards has increased as well. All of this should make it much easier to read on the Deck, and I love that!

There were also a couple of other little fixes here and there. The UI size slider has been added to increase size of toolips in the game, keybind text is disabled when controller is detected and being used, and all the Tutorial Hints illustrations and text have been revised. It's a smaller patch with some bug fixes, but anything to increase Steam Deck playability is something I like to celebrate!

Deepest Chamber: Resurrection is on a 50% off sale for $6.49 until September 23rd and is rated Steam Deck Playable due to small in-game text and showing incorrect controller icons. It sounds like both of these issues were fixed in this update, so there shouldn't be anything stopping them from getting that green checkmark!
