XSEED Games to Bring Silent Hope, Rune Factory 3, and More to PAX West

PAX West is ramping up as the event is set to begin September 1st and to prepare, XSEED Games has announced their playable lineup! From action-packed dungeon-crawlers like Silent Hope to slice-of-life simulators like Rune Factory 3 Special, here are the games you can expect to see from XSEED Games at PAX West:

Silent Hope

Dive into a hack-and-slash dungeon crawler where you will have to fight to restore the kingdom in a world without words. Taking control of 7 unique heroes, you will have to explore, fight, and craft items to grow stronger and overcome the randomized layouts of the abyss. Take charge and save the princess and the kingdom in this upcoming adventure releasing on October 3rd.

Cuisineer

Have you ever wanted to combine Diablo-esque gameplay with restaurant management? Well regardless of your answer, let me introduce you to Cuisineers. You will start off heading into the world to get ingredients and destroy monsters, and afterwards, head back to your restaurant, customize it, and cook over 100 different recipes to serve your patrons. With a cute aesthetic and procedurally-generated biomes, there will always be something to do in this adventure!

Rune Factory 3 Special

It's time to bring back one of the best slice-of-life simulators from the dead more than a decade later! Rune Factory 3 Special puts you in the role of the half-human protagonist Micah, who will farm, fight, and fall in love in this entry in the Rune Factory series. Along with the classic gameplay, we can expect improved visuals with 3D models, as well as new features like the Newlywed Mode and standalone adventures. This is the best way to experience the beloved classic in its entirety!

Touhou: New World (SDHQ Review)

The bullet-hell series is back in this fan-made action-RPG adventure. With the boundary between Gensokyo and the outside world breached, Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame will have to figure out why. Go through levels, complete quests, level up, and forge new equipment to become powerful enough to uncover the truth about what is really going on. We did review the game already on the Steam Deck, but it will be coming out soon for other platforms!

Fashion Dreamer

Fashion Dreamer is an upcoming creative-focused game where you will customize your own avatar with hundreds of different styles to create iconic outfits. As you play around with your style, you will be able to showcase your latest outfits across different areas and display them in a showroom that others can view and see. You will also be able to increase influence by completing design challenges, which unlock even more customization options!

This game is releasing on the Nintendo Switch only on November 3rd.
